Daily check-in

breakfast: strawberries and peaches with greek yogurt

Lunch: celery and peanut butter

Dinner: Went out to an Italian restaurant with friends. I got fettuccine alfredo and a salad. Could have gotten something healthier but oh well ;)

snack: blueberry clif bar

work-out: Did two classes at the gym today, a SUPER fun hip-hop/zumba type class(also SUPER hard, I was sweating buckets by the end) and then my regular lifting class. Soooo sore already, can’t imagine how I’ll feel tomorrow. Feels awesome!

Daily Check-in

Breakfast: peanut butter on a whole wheat english muffin (ha of course) and an iced coffee

Lunch: six inch ham sandwich from subway with green peppers, cucumbers, avocado, and lettuce.

snack: drumstick ice cream bar ;) and yes it was delicious

dinner: baked potato and salad

Workout: It was weight-lifting day, but I also stayed afterward cause I was feeling ambitious lol. I did about 35 minutes on the elliptical machine, and according to the calorie counter on the machine I burned 422 calories! Not sure how accurate those things are but it sounds good to me so I’ll take it

Breakfast: strawberry/banana smoothie

Lunch: avocado, tomato, and swiss sandwich on wheat. Was unsure about this since I’m not a big tomato fan, but it was DELICIOUS!

Dinner: home-made chicken strips and fruit (blueberries/strawberries)

snack: 2 chocolate chip cookies and milk :)

The cookies put me over my calorie limit for the day but honestly I don’t feel bad about it at all lol, they were delicious!

Workout: Took the day off of working out. I’ve either lifted or done kickboxing for the last 8 days straight so I felt like I needed a break. Still, couldn’t help swimming a few laps when I was at the pool with my fam :) back to the gym early tomorrow morning!

Breakfast: peach smoothie

Lunch: whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter (I think I’ve had this every day this week lol…I don’t even care it’s delicious!)

snack: 1/2 cup frozen yogurt with strawberries and peaches

Dinner: got a 4 piece grilled nugget meal from chick-fil-a with a fruit cup instead of fries and tea to drink.

workout: hour long lifting/cardio circuit class at the gym. Kicked my ass! I’m already sore.

Daily check-in + update

Breakfast: Strawberry smoothie (1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup milk, 1 small scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt, ice)

Lunch: peanut butter on an english muffin

Dinner: Burger from the grill at my gym. Wheat bun, topped with lettuce and onion.

snack after dinner: a handful of reeses pieces, my favorite candy

Workout: Kickboxing class at the gym! It was SO HOT in the gym today so I felt it even more than usual. I love sweating though, makes me feel like I’m working hard!

WEEKLY UPDATE


So I decided to get on the scale every Wednesday since I’m using the Lose-it  app and I set my goal on there to lose 2 pounds a week. I DID IT! I lost two pounds this week which is encouraging because it means I’m doing my calorie calculations right lol. It feels good to meet a goal, even such a small one.

Breakfast: skipped it :(

Lunch: peanut butter banana smoothie and an english muffin with cream cheese and strawberries

Dinner: grilled chicken strips

workout: Kickboxing at the gym! SO fun, kickboxing days are my fav

So I didn’t eat much today cause I just started my period and I always feel super nauseous during my period. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
