breakfast: strawberries and peaches with greek yogurt
Lunch: celery and peanut butter
Dinner: Went out to an Italian restaurant with friends. I got fettuccine alfredo and a salad. Could have gotten something healthier but oh well ;)
snack: blueberry clif bar
work-out: Did two classes at the gym today, a SUPER fun hip-hop/zumba type class(also SUPER hard, I was sweating buckets by the end) and then my regular lifting class. Soooo sore already, can’t imagine how I’ll feel tomorrow. Feels awesome!
